California is the State from what I read on an older post. Plus something about settle now or later. They had a 14% rating. 1171 you answered most of it in later post.

oh so thats why its low isnt the permanent parcial ammount half of what the states average weekly wage is??

no. in california the pd cap varies by disability percentage; the rate increases as the amount of disabilty does.

Yeah, I knew the $300 is above the PPD cap, but I thought maybe toni was rounding off the amount, or just really bad at math. JK toni!
