Has anyone ever dealt with ******** for there workers comp claim? I am having alot of difficulty with them.
I have called my claim rep atleast once a day for the last week and have gotten nothing but voice mail. I have left several messages and the claim rep dont even return my calls. I'ts been nearly 3 weeks since I was sent a check and I am out of my pain medication and since I cant contact my claim rep I dont kow what to do next.. You would better off also suppling the State this is in also. As each State is different from the next. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. go to the claims manager or even better have your employer contact the carrier.
