Settlement question...
I figured that as long as w/c ins. took care of my problem (herniated L4-L5 need surgery) I wouldn't be entitled to a monetery settlement. I was told recently that any time an i/w has surgery they get money. Is that true in Kansas. I'm not looking to make a buck, I just want to know if I had missed that somewhere.
Thanks a bunch!
