CA Permanent Sationary
I live in California
My doctor just told me that I'm permanent stationary from a work injury incurred in June. I left that job in October, which is when I filed for workman's comp. Long story short- I didn't file sooner because management didn't think I needed to and I trusted them. Just my medical expenses have been covered- which I'm totally thankful for. However, I've filed for unemployment and I know I'm not allowed to double dip. My former employer is privately insured. What happens now that I'm permanent stationary? Thank you |
