funny thing

i was fired after my back surgery-fusion. work comp covered all bills untill dr.said i needed surgery. my dr. sent papers to the state,the state sent me papers telling me to hire a work comp att.then my work comp att sent me to another att. that att words it as retaliatory dicharge so on. im in indiana.its been about a year or two.kinda funny they want to settel now,but i got it in writting.still got the work comp thing,thats been two + years can only hope.
