New to WC from HI

[New to WC from HI]

I injured my lower back, left arm, and head falling off a counter at work. I've been going to all of my WC doc appts which seems to have the same results (not getting better). My left arm is swollen, my pelvis is twisted and ligaments enflamed, and sharp pains come and go in my head. I'm in so much pain that I've been popping muscle relaxers like their candy. I FINALLY got an appt with PT after 2 weeks of trying to get an approval from WC Ins. I start my FIRST PT tomorrow and the WC doc ordered me back to work today. I explained to him that I'm in no shape to return to work but he denied and said that I HAVE TO go back. So I gave it a try today and ended up leaving after an hour because my back felt like it was on fire so the pain was making my head hurt and my heart speed up to a point where I got light headed and almost fainted. I called the WC doc and he said he'll make a note for me to go home but I need to report to work again tomorrow. I really don't know what to do at this point. I've been having needle-like pain shooting up my back ever since I got back from work. Should I even give it a try again to work tomorrow with this pain? Or should I get an opinion from another WC doc or my regular doc? Or should I get a WC lawyer involved? Please help!
