Aaaaargh! My atty was no help
Well seeing as how no one in my area (now in TX, hurt in CALI) would treat my CA w/c injuries my set aside was based on the fact that I have received no treatment for the last 2 years! I couldn't get any because the docs here wouldn't take on the CA system (not that I really blame them).
They said I have been on no medication since 2009 but they are quite wrong! I have been on tons of pain meds and muscle relaxers but was being treated for both of my shoulder surgeries. My attorney knew all of this but evidently said nothing or at the very least didn't fight for me. I'm frustrated but at least it's over. I sure hope things are gpong better for my old buddies here
