I was also harrased and took it to my attorney, this is what he told me, "Do you have a witness who will testify in court, because if not it is your word against their word"

The director of the school where I worked told me, "You did not have to file a work comp claim, I am not giving you and hours and do not know if I will have any work for you in the future"
