Recently I was told that I was not participating in the Pt and I became furious by the false reply. I really cant decide whether it would be better to get it fixed or not. I read many testimonys that have trouble after wards . I am near 50 in a couple of years and its hard to beleive something could happen like this.
A patient fell on my arm while it was relaxed and then yanked the hehockey sticks out of it. I was pressed around and lied to.
My concern is if I settle will i be able to get a job ?? Or will I go on disabilty ? They surely want to get out of the surgery deal knowing I probably wont be able to work there. i lost 2 jobs and 2 retirement funds, one with education and said they will not compensate my other job even with settlement.
They are using a history against such as depression blah blah in which their wcsurgeon said it wont help me. They want someone else to settle the bill while they are at fault.
Question is it true they dont have to compensate my loss of a 2nd job that paid for my education?
Question - will anyone hire me ?
Maybe I should settle take the money and return to school on it and take my chances. The amount of money offered is not enough for what ridiculous hoops they are putting me through.
