what is the insurance company up to now?

everything worked out good the decision was in my favor ins comp to continue payments. now i have another hearing in june for testimony not sure what yet but im pretty sure its about the labor market. i have applied to many places already and have been accepted to school that i start in august, so im in pretty good shape. after all this i have a feeling they come back again with a settlement offer but who knows. its my former employer that said last time they didnt want to settle when the ic wanted to. only time will tell. but i think they have pushed the wcb enough and are running out of dirty tricks.

When you start to think the IC or your Employer is or are out of Options, is when oh hell begins to break loose. Letting your gaurd down is not something you do in a Work Comp Arena.

if theres one thing i have learned from over the years is to never let my gaurd down. i dont trust the ic as far as i can throw em. just saying that the hearing went well and am just waiting for the next thing they try and pull.

i have a testimony coming up now in a month in regaurds to me looking for work. i have been applying to differnt places but havent had any luck. like i said too iam going to college in the fall so its not like i just sit home and do nothing. i was ready for this i knew it was coming. its just hard to get a job these days espcialy with the woes of the economy and my restrictions.
