I don't think so, but it is still okay. For it is what it is.

RE: what is the insurance company up to now?
there is no need for me to see my dr every week all i can do at this point is get pain meds and check in so why would i go see him every week? and as for school i was approved for vocational rehab but i choose to go to a major college and get a degree. with the state of the economy you need a degree for a good job and i want a field i want to do not something someone picks for me by throwing me into a burger king. my lawter said it all depends on the judge and some judges will love that im going to college and being a productive member of society and will continue my payments.

Blake,Please Speak with Your Attorney, there has to be Something Written along with Your Restrictions that Tells You when You are Required to See Your PCP Assigned by w/c, or the w/c Judge. If there is, which I'm Sure There is, and You are Following it, Your Attorney has to File a Petition for Reinstatement of Your Monetary TTD Payments, along with any Interest or Penalties You May be due, and Back Payments due You. If You are Following the Program, it's as Simple as that, the Judge will do Their Job! Best of Luck!!

ok i havent had my payments stop yet. the ic has just asked for a hearing thats all,so its safe to say they are gonna piss the judge off again. the last time they did this the judge said to stop wasting the wcb time. they are the lowest od the lows when it come s to ic.

If you were approved for vocational rehab, what happened there, did you refuse it or what?

Did you turn down voc rehab, or did you refuse it?

RE: what is the insurance company up to now?
i have recived a letter from the comp board that i will be having a hearing in the near future. i was never approved from the ic for voc rehab so i took it into my own hands. i would much rather get a college education, and i still havent heard from my dr about my mri approval. i called my lawyer and told them and they are gonna tell the judge they are refusing medical care, this is why they want a hearing, so they judge is only gonna come down on the AGAIN, they are screwing themselves

If you haven't followed up with Work Rehab, then yes, the IC can say you took yourself out of the work field. Even going to school which you haven't done yet, is saying you took yourself out of the work field. As school isn't work.
