I would like to know what happens next I have done all the pt and the qme they have put me as p/s lawyer does not call much too keep me inform I have been doing this now for about 8 months I am running out of savings the edd was giving me 164.00 per week really not even enough to live on that has now stopped please helpSad

once you are permanent and stationary they will calculate your permanent disability and award you a fixed number of payments and open medical.
you can find out more about PD here (fact sheet D)

you should request permanent disability advance payments so they can pay part of your award and not wait for all the legal paperwork. the PD payments won't be enough to live on so you need to return to work. they'll give you a retraining voucher.

what are you kidding the way i feel is just lay down how long before i am to choose or lets say my body decides it can handle doing something. and this stuff wc is over, oh ya and medical i cant even go to the er because they will not pay for it and meds forget it nothing so you say they will give medical then what about now when i really need the help.
