investigation

I was taped and threatened and they had nothing on me and they were trying to scare me and it did not work and I seen this clown taping me and i was doing nothing wrong or out of my restrictions.

They are trying to "catch" you doing something that you are not suppose to be able to do....or something outside of your restrictions...so they can quite paying you or simply get out of it as cheap as they can.

Think of it this way too. If they catch the people just wanting to get money out of WC then this may help those of us truly injuried and if your following your doctor's restrictions your employer is spending money for nothing. Sad they throw it away like that when they could be paying us but it is how they do business. It's not cheap to have somebody followed

It's very possible your employers insurance carrier and/or opposing lawyers had some sort of mix-up or surveilled the wrong person, even. It's happened before.

If you see a 20 dollar bill in your driveway dont pick it up.Look for a mini van parked around your house.
