I live in the country about 15 miles from town.

The week before the knee replacement I had someone try & take my shopping cart from me while in Wal Mart. I use the cart for support when walking and place my cane inside the cart.

When I left the store I was followed, about 5 miles outside of town the car passed me and then tried to force me off the road.

I had my niece with me at the time, I am so glad she didn't get hurt.

Don't know if it was work comp related.

No I dont recieve any ppd/ttd weekly checks, but have been collecting settlement just on my shoulder and nerve dammage to hand.. they have been paying almost 1,300 for the last 9 months and 1 more to... My surgeon has not released me on the orthapedic ratings and wont until another year... But thats not sayin WC wont order me a IME and have them consider me at MMI... But untill then I keep reying my best to stay at work full time..... And WC is still paying all meds and medical....
