I wonder with voc rehap

I live in Maryland:
In the intial Voc/rehab interview, what transpires in this interview, do I need a copy of my FCE, college transcripts, Drivers Licence , Resume?

Will this setting be formal or informal?
Will the interviewer asset my skills with fields of interest"
How much input is allowed?

What happens if i disagree?
