Just wanted to let you all know that after trying to go back to work with the additional restrictions from personal doc. I was let go. I have a formal letter stating that I am not fit for duty and that work will not accomadate my restrictions since I had my mmi from the wc doc. with permanant restrictions. Just a reminder I live in missouri. My work gave me disability papers to fill out through them and they said that I should try and get regular disability. I am waiting for my attorney to call me back....I dont know what my mmi rating was...Can I call the work comp dr and get the rating or would they have already gave it to my attorney?
