Bummer, might I add something here?

The issue that your stated your Attorney was going for Full Disability with a Work Comp Settlement, does any of this really matter then? Since Full Disability will be on the table, you then would not Return To Work anyway. If you know what I mean...

Yes, my attorney did say he plans on seeking full disability, just don't know when that will be.

I do imagine my surgeon will try and put me back to work with restrictions.

Attorney said take the return to work slip to HR and see what happens.

If my job terminates me I will be able to seek a work disability in my state.
This would be additional dollars at settlement time.
