Thank god mine is not on there that I am dealing with in WC. I guess it could be worse if it was. Not to say they might make it on the list next year..LOL

I have to admit that none of my treatments have been denied till I went back to work full time , and trying to settle. That is when they are trying to stop my medication/treatments and not be responsible to pay.

Thanks Tim,,,, Now that is scary, being that they are major companies. I have one on the list for my auto and home owners. My WC was self insured. but still not much better...........Sure glad it is over and done with.

I know that list is based on what the attys believe are the worst.
Is there a list that regulators, auditors, comp boards/commissions, oversite agencies and other authorities find are the biggest violators of the laws, rules, and regulations?

I am not aware of one.

even if there was they probably just keep it amoung themselves. I'm sure the regulators know who the bad players are. In the west it seems most tend to be self-insured.
