RE: More epidural questions
Mel-Know what you mean about time on your hands. Have been dealing with injury to this area for quite some time, except now my knee is involved. Still waiting for checks to begin.

Jayne- Will check into this but I doubt she'll qualify as she works full time and goes to school. Such a good girl, I'm so proud.

Vickie- I did write that I lived in MI in my first few posts but did add it to my profile. It is hard to remember what state everyone is from.

Have a good one Tongue

Calico:

I'm sorry if I missed the post that you had your state in. Thank you for putting it in your profile. I had a series of 3 epidural injs. for Radiculpothy of L5-S1 nerve roots. My report stated that the injs. were at L5. Didn't give much relief, and don't want to have it done again if I don't have too.

Take care
Vickie

RE: More epidural questions
Calico, My Daughter is in an All Girl Private college, $28,000.00 Per Year Tuition, not counting the Books and Food Plan, and She commutes from Home and stays with Us. What they had me do, because w/c has me in Bankruptcy at this point is to apply for the Parents Plus Loan and get denied. My Daughter then is Automatically Approved for an Unsecured Sallie Mae Loan, and I can get Her up to $5,000.00 Per year through there! the People that Work at the Admissions and Collections Dept. are Very knowledgeable, She is a Senior with Great Grades, and They have already Accepted Her in their Grad. Program, and all of the Funds to Pay for it is already in Place!! Thank God My Daughter is working soo hard at Her Grades, She receives $12,000.00 Per year in Scholarships alone due only to Her Grades!! And She is going into and getting Her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy, and She may go an Extra Year before Grad School so She can Graduate with Double Majors, one in Biology, and one in Psychology!! She has worked Very Hard, and I'm soo Proud of Her, but if You Try what I mentioned above about the Parents Plus Loan, You may be able to get Her an extra $5,000.00 per Year!! I had to learn how to work the Monetary System of the College and the Federal and State Programs to keep Her in the School She Loves, I would of even Sold My Home and rented and used the Equity if I had to, but by Working with the School, We found another way!! I sure Hope this Helps, I can't wait for Her to get Her Masters, so She can become my Occupational Therapist, and take Care of Me!! God Bless Her Soul, that's why She is taking this Path, so She can Take Care of Her Daddy!! I Love Her More than She will ever Know!! I Hope this Helps, and You are able to get Your Daughter the extra Money She Needs and Deserves!! Good Luck!!!Wink

Failed Back Surgery, Chronic Pain, Totally Disabled.

Knowledge is Power, Especially in the World of w/c. Learn as Much as You can about Your States w/c Laws, and don't Fight Battles alone, They Use Attorney's, and so Should You!!
