Company lawyer harassment?

Hello everyone, I just want to get the opinions of others about something that happened to me today, well i had my deposition last week and was asked to come back for second deposition after the lawyer goes on her fishing expedition as she called it, and i recieved a crank call from the lawyer today and wanted to get your opinion as to why the defense lawyer would want to crank call me.

i think it is next to impossible to identify the motivations of people you don't know.
very few, even close friends, know what stressors are active in anther's personal or professional life.

I thought it my be a scare tactic or something or a murder plot.

if you believe it is part of criminal activity, report it to the police.
we don't know what "it" is, so use your judgement.
