MSC, Soon..
Finally Going to my MSC next week...
Quick question...
CALIFORNIA,
Injured for 2 years now.. And Insurance co,
Denied my claim.. But I still went to the Attorneys doctors
Recently I got my MMI at 19% Whole body P&S
So The insurance co, has not paid the doctors or me... My Back pay,
so my question is.. At the MSC if the Insurance co, has an offer for my 19%
Will my back pay be discussed that same day? or will I have to go to court for that?

RE: MSC, Soon..
if there are lumpsum settlement negotiations then all benefits including temporary disability, medical past and future, as well as the permanent disability should be included.
finalization needs to deal with all issues.
if you are going to have to go to court anyway you may as well let the judge decide it all and not compromise on other issues.
