MMI, rated with restrictions in Alabama
Today the surgeon gave my hubby a rating BAW of 25%, along with no lifting over 12 lbs., no walking over 10 min., no standing over 10 min., no sitting over 20 min. He also added a restroom must be close. He said he can return to work with these limits (per FCE). He also referred hubby to a pain management clinic. We have an attorney, taking him the written report in the morning, but being nosy like I am, I need opinions, advice, etc.

RE: MMI, rated with restrictions in Alabama
they really only get serious when they are staring at a court date.
they'll let you make a demand and then wait until you get impatient and maybe make a smaller demand. it could be awhile if you don't push for a hearing. |

We referred him to our attorney, our attorney has already responded. So we wait. We did not tell the adjuster we know the job offer is bogus, nor that we know the company is only working 32 hours a week. |
