California is the State from what I read on an older post. Plus something about settle now or later. They had a 14% rating. 1171 you answered most of it in later post.

oh so thats why its low isnt the permanent parcial ammount half of what the states average weekly wage is??

Yeah, I knew the $300 is above the PPD cap, but I thought maybe toni was rounding off the amount, or just really bad at math. JK toni!
