Ok I settled and it was agreed that the IC pay me the impairment benefits till I get my check. I haven't gotten my cvheck and the ic sent me a letter saying impairment benefits were paid in full only problem is, they arent. I haven't gotten my money so they are saying my checks ended 03/17/10 which for the 35 weeks I had it should actually end 03/31/10 I sent an email to my attorney and asked him about it but he hasnt gotten back to me. Should I leave it alone or should I push it? I know I am going to be getting a check but every penny counts. Any opinions on this?

Cookie...when I rec'd my setlement check the last couple of weeks that they owed me were included in it....I don't know why they did it like that but I got everything

I could see them doing that but was concerned about the letter I got stating all benefits (impairment) were paid in full as of 03/17/09
I wrote all the weeks I should get paid and they go beyond the 17th of march. Some how I think I am going to get screwed out of that money. It is only 300. but I could use it...

What was your MMI date? 7/29/09? I'm assuming your rating is 15% since you state you're entitled to 35 weeks.

Yes MMI 07/29/09 and yes impairment was 15%.
Was paid tpd till 07/29/09 then on 07/30/10 my impairment benefits began.

Unless they paid more than 2 weeks in one check or made errors and had an overpayment that they counted as your IBs, the dates you have above are correct.

Yeah, I checked all the checks, they did not over pay me. I am just going to figure that money is gone because that's the way the insurance company works.

I have contacted him 3x's about this and he hasn't gotten back to me.
I got all my papers in the mail today about the judge oking the attorneys fees and my settlement. So I hope to get my check soon.

The judge approved everything on the 25th of March (attorney fees everything) how long before I see a check?
