the only reason I am scared is because people around me keep telling me If they believe her I will go to prison!!! I fell simple as that, I was hurt. My doctor is with me an so is theraphy Doctors. she is a pot head she don't work an is pist because she can't draw unemployement because her son (former employer) refused to lie for her an say she was laid off(she quit) an never tryed to find a job an we had her move because we could not support her, she left oweing us money, she also left a couple items an accussed us of stealing them (vacume bag & a dvd) (ahh an 2 dress's) size 1 & i am a size 16, we did not take any thing of hers, she also threatened to have my husband (her brother) locked up, she believed he had a warrant out for him which he does not, anyways she is pist at anyone that won't give to her!! but regardless i am still concerned you never can tell which way the wind will blow!!

I'm still on the 56 therapy session and off since July bit.......what the hell ?

It was on & off theraphy (8 visits) then off ( 6 visits) then off (etc) actually since about march 2009 PLEASE explain why you feel they would take her word & what do u mean by (your doctor is)

Listen, I would suggest you do this this week to protect yourself and your case. You go get a court order of protection against her (Temp Order of Restraint) Then get a copy off to your work comp attorney. This will help your case. Plus it will help protect your husband. Make sure his name is on it, his work, his work address. He may have to give a copy to his employer if it comes to that. All will be well. Just do things with a closed mouth, be silent, and protect your assets.
It is that simple. Just obey the Law as it can help you in more ways then one....
Most States have what is called Family Court, and the States Attorney will help you with this paper work. Most cost to you is parking Fee's....

CYCLER you have me confused i wrote quote (I have lower back pain muscle spasms in right leg right ankle swells periodicly, right arm also gets a bit sore at times all from my fall I have been in physical theraphy OFF AN ON since july 2009 PROBABLY 56 visits there, an regular doc visits I am on restricted light duties, I was instructed by doc to continue my day to day activities with restrictions, I have followed all my orders an now this! HELP IN GEORGIA) unquote

SO does that mean you are WORKING within your restrictions or nto working due to your injuries in july

awful long time to be out of work from a fall. At least so the comp folks will be thinking.

Cycler, we don't know the full medical background though. meaning is there a spinal problem, a torn rotator cuff or what. Surly there is way more...

fell off a ladder 5 step on tip toes reaching for a 5 gallon bucket of fish aquarium salt another foot higher in front of a sink, ladder went to left i went down hit head on sink an hit right side onto concrete floor in fish department, had swelling an contusion an bruising when arriving at doctors office, nurse practioner sent me back to work an I was hurting so I went back to doctor an that's when an actual doctor put me on light duty same day I was fired feb 20th then rehired 2 wks later an manager was fired I was made ASST>MANAGER(HAHA)(by corp. office) was light duty was not allowed light duty status, so I complained (came in 730am=at 4pm I still was not allowed a break or lunch ) ( light duty status was to be off my feet every 30 min. for 10/15 min light lifting no bending or climbing)none of this was honored by employer, when I complained I was then fired again (july) for conflicts with management!! I later found out this manager was also fired (both managers had been instructed to not fire me but to get me to quit) (so workers comp wouldn't have to b paid) so see I didn't just fall to the floor I was up somewhat high
