Does anyone know when the age benefit multiplier, and education benefit multiplier come into play in a settlement? I live in Ky

Has to do with permanent partial disability benefits. Limited formal education and advancing age at the time of injury will increase permanent partial disability benefit payments for injuries occurring on or after July 14, 2000. The amount of benefit payments depends on the impairment rating and on a multiplier of 3, which is established by law and subject to change.
