I'm beginning to think...(that's scary in itself, LOL)... - monster - 08-05-2009 05:36 AM

that I'm not supposed to leave California! In the last 1 -2 weeks here are the things I can remember that have happened...

1. Truck and transmission have decided they can no longer live together. Tranny has decided it is better off in the garage rather than live where it is supposed to, LOL.

2. The rubber and radials on my car have also decided that they can no longer live together either. The rubber is trying to go one way while the tread is doing it's best to stick it out and not get divorced!!!

Moral of the story...if you want to stay married don't come vist me Wink

3. I'm doing my best to get another pool since I just sold mine at a yard sale. The trailer has sprung 2 water leaks in the last 24 hours so I better drop a little weight and get the bikini back out, LMAO Wink

4. I just got home from the hospital as my wrist, hand and arm to above my elbow has been killing me. My hand and fingers have been swollen and my fingers were actually yellow/green ( a very pretty color combination by the way, LMAO) It was included in my original claim but my ortho doc called it Keinbock's disease and said it was genetic, so POOF, that was denied. Of course he did this without the benefit of xrays. well it was just x rayed for the first time in 5 years and while it looks like part of the lunate bone may be dying (Keinbock's disease) they think it's the ligaments in my wrist giving me so much trouble. My hand and 1/2 my forearm are now splinted and the pressure seems to help. I would draw happy faces on it but think I need to figure out an alternative Wink

Good news is no one better mouth off to me as I am now wearing a weapon of mass destruction, LOL...

The other good news is that my fingers look like sausages so if I get hungry I can just roast the little suckers Wink

And the best news is that when one new pain takes over and starts hurting badly the rest seems to give me a break for a day or two...so you see there is always a silver lining to everything Smile

If you made it this far just know I'm still hanging in there, things are good and I am now laughing about all of this. If God doesn't want me in Texas I just wish he'd come right out and kick me in the a$$ rather than do it in a round about way like he is, ROTFLMAO

Hugs,
monster

Monster- sorry to hear that you are still having problems getting started on your move. Try to rest that arm for a few days before trying to repair that roof.

Praying for you and hope things turn around for you soon.

Monster,

When are you suppose to be in Texas?? Seems like so much work in getting there huh? I will say a prayer for you as I know how much hand pain can be. Did they ever check your hand for RSD because of the swelling and the color changes?? Just curious as those are some of the signs and they may be treating you for the wrong thing?? Who knows? I have had so many doctors give me so many different diagnosis that I have come to the conclusion that they really do not all know what they are doing in the medical profession...lol

Monster,
I have to say this to you. I ADMIRE YOU! With all the medical problems and the problems that you are having trying to get moved, you still have a wonderful sense of humor. Please don't take this the wrong way but I actually had to laugh at some of what you posted as I thought to myself, how is she doing this. You are an amazing individual that just keeps trucking along and does not give up. What a woman!

I pray that your hand and arm start to feel better and that you don't go hungry and have to roast on of your sausage fingers....lol. No, on a more serious note, I pray that you feel better soon. I know you have been working real hard lately to get things prepared for your move but for right now just take it easy for a while. You have probably been overdoing it and have things really flared up. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. God Bless and take care of yourself. Love ya!

Cajun Hugssssssssss,
MJC

Monster,
I'm so sorry for all your delays. I'm happy that you are joking about it though. You need to take a break and let yourself heal more, before you do any more damage. You will eventually end up where you are ment to be at.
Love
Vickie

I do love your sense of humor!

I am sorry you are having so many problems, maybe this is why your move is being delayed so you can have time to heal, and your truck/camper & car will have time to heal.

Don't mind me I am one of little sleep today, (back). Laughing!

Be sure Social Security Administration had your most recent medical inforation.

I remember when the person doing the review of my medical records to determine if I qualified for SSD called me and told me if I had any recent medical information to get it to them ASAP and they would take it into consideration to determine if I qualified.

I did as they suggested and was told the information I sent made the difference in me qualifying for SSD.

LOL, I just woke up and am still chuckling Smile Don't anyone feel bad if you also got a laugh, I was hoping you all would get a luagh or two out of it as well. I'm trying to stick with the "life is to short" attitude Smile

Still - I have been called many things in my life but never a super ball, LMAO! AThank you so much for the laugh, I almost spit soda all over my screen but it was worth it Smile

Haven't been checked for RSD. From what you all say it's a horrible thing and I don't want it (I don't want you all to have it either Sad ) I'm going to go with "what I don't know won't hurt me any more than I already am" for the time beieng, LOL.

You all enjoy your day and I'll be back soon with more broken things to report on, LOL

Hugs,
monster
