mediation - littlenurse54 - 06-10-2009 11:28 AM I live in the state of Louisiana, I am going for mediation this week. can anyone tell me how long or about how long it could last. for my deposition I was there for about 1 1/2 -2 hours. any info would be a help....... Thanks RE: mediation - 1171 - 06-10-2009 11:37 AM It depends on the issues and evidence. RE: mediation - Still in Limbo - 06-11-2009 05:32 PM Mine was Scheduled for 2 Hours Time, but was Over in 15 Minutes, when We saw that the Ins. Co.Clearly didn't want to Settle for a Fair Amount. I Hope Yours goes Better than Mine, I Wish You the Very Best, and I Hope Your Settlement is Quick and More than Fair!!

Thank very much for your reply. It really help to know about what and how long to expect. RE: mediation - Bad Boy Bad Boy - 06-12-2009 02:02 PM Wether it be mediation, arbitration, hearing, or a deposition, I always put the whole day down as being used for it. This then allows you to just write the whole day off so things can get done. |
