my attorney called and said I been subpoena for my tax documents from 2005 to now what does this means my case is still going through the pre trail I have a date set for dec 11 still no decision been made it's 10 months since my injuries I'm paying out of pocket for my medical.

It could mean any number of things. Is there a dispute about your time of injury average weekly wage, or concurrent employment, or self-employment? Any of these issues might result in a request for your tax records.

Thanks, My case is in pretrial and I'm waiting for a decision what goes on @ these pretrials These is the 3rd one will this mean they are trying to come up with something about the case.
