I finnaly got my court date for w/c claim !!!! It has been a year since my injury and my employer has been contesting my claim all the way.
Now hopefuly all goes well. Then from what I here it's on to dealing with w/c. But to be able to support my children through my recovery will ease a lot of my stress.
