Hello friends, just thought you might like to hear. I got my MSC set for June Halleluah!!! It's been a long time coming since fiirst injury was 1999. I know they will probably not settle but its a start to trial. Just thought you would like some good news from CA.  Happy Mothers Day to all you mothers and I mean that in a nice way.  Good wishes to all.

I'm so happy for you, hope it goes very well....but I'm with Bummerknees and Red, what is an MSC please? Sorry I don't think I've heard that one yet or have just forgotten what is means. Congratulations though, it must be a good thing which is wonderful!

I'm not sure what MSC is either, but it sounds like some sort of initial Court Mediation Schedule she's talking about, since she said, "I know they will probably not settle but its a start to trial."

To all who wanted to know MSC means mandatory settlement conference. They will try and settle my case. Thanks for the input I feel so loved. Hugs to all mom2emy

Congrats...maybe we should cross our fingers...let's all hope that at this conference there is a settlement attached to it...at least we can hope can we?!
