My family doctor has ordered a ct scan to rule out a concussion from my fall. I sent a copy to my Case manager do I need to wait for approval or can I just go have it done and give my case number.
can't afford to have this done.

If workmans comp is covering it. Then you have to wait for their approval. You can schedule the appointment after the approval or you can let them schedule it. Most likely they will want to schedule it themselves.
