well , finally got the apporval to have MRI done on 9/10 , now just waiting on it to be scheduled, the i/c is suppose to be handling that so i dont know how long that is going to take, which in my opinion I should have had an apptmnt the next day, .... and went to meet with a lawyer today , and retained him. so now i got a lawyer too , probsbly the smartest move i've made , but still no word on my lost wages or any other payments, but unfortunately i still dont feel any less stressed out.
But i guess its some good news.

Hang in there seaturtle71. The w/c system seems to move very slowly. Now that you have a lawyer, things should speed up a little. Hopefully the attorney will get w/c to get you a check soon! Best of luck!

Try to have patience... your lawyer will get things rolling. I hope you get you MRI swiftly...but WC drags their feet when it comes to expensive tests...but it will happen.
