I hope you have a great attorney for this charge against management and hope u have good evidence that this did happen. I hope you the best with the charges brought against management on harrasement charges

I worked for a temporary agency inside a company and that company's HR would not get involved. It was their employee's doing the harrassing not the temp agencies employees. Yes. I do have witnesses. Fortunately, my husband, brother in law, and other employees work for the actual company where I was a temp. People went to other management and reported what they knew. They said that they would goto court if need be. My husband got involved and let HR know. The people did not deny it. They said that sometimes people have bad days. Well, that is true but, not everyday.

It's funny that you should say that. Whenever I tried to report to my management what was going on, he asked me what I did to piss them off and said that it was their word against mine. I have been harrassed numerous ways by employees. My husband, brother in law, and other employees work for the company where I was a temp and this took place. They overheard conversations as well as other things. One of the guys actually went to other management to report what was being said. He said that he would be glad to goto court. For the last three weeks that I was at work my husband was having meetings with HR over this. They took me from the job that I left whenever I was injured and put me on an even harder job then talked to me like I was a dog and made me work into my breaks and lunch. The companies manager sit down with the temp agency manager and admitted to that.
