Shoulder injury - kaykay34 - 03-19-2011 04:11 PM I have been fighting with my employer since Nov 2010 about getting injured. In Feb 2011 I finally told them point blank I needed a doctor. Now the Dr. did not seem so concerned and sent me to therpy. Well its been another 4 weeks and still no better. Dealing with work and the workmans comp is not an easy task. Does any one have any thoughts about what I may need to do now? I am open to all suggestions. I am not sure of the Georgia laws and how they work. Thanks RE: Shoulder injury - grumpyone - 03-19-2011 05:38 PM (03-19-2011 04:11 PM)kaykay34 Wrote: I have been fighting with my employer since Nov 2010 about getting injured. You must find one that deals with WC. Good luck to you! RE: Shoulder injury - 1171 - 03-19-2011 05:48 PM think about requesting a second opinion or changing doctors. more information here: http://www.sbwc.georgia.gov/portal/site/SBWC/menuitem.2f54fa407984c51e93f35eead03036a0/?vgnextoid=6f4a34a359b45210VgnVCM100000bf01020aRCRD |
