my injuries are not substantial but of the hagging kind, back flares up and i;m down for a few days, my previous job where i was injured required me to sometimes lug around and demo so heavy product so i will not be able to do that again, the way i figure it the insurance co paid out in medical and disability benefits close to 100 K in the last year,so for me to go away i figured a minimum of 50K but i guess iwas way too optomistic, anyhow thanks for taking the time to give me some guidance as i've never been in this situation before all the best KD
