hello how are you.I have a few questions for ya,IM in georgia and ive injured my lower back in jan. and had all test and doc. says slight disk buldge on left side,but my pain is all over lower back and down right leg burning and weakness.he says he dont know what to do so sent me to pt and that didnt work,then f/c/e to see what my capability and they say i can do medium work not heavy no more and cant lift more than 20lbs nor bend rept. at waist.Im hurt more than that but anyway doc released me and with restr.but boss dont have none im a plumber so no med lvel work all heavy,so said w/c adj. said to keep everything the same also doc says after pain managment if w/c oks it he will rate me what will happen next with w/c and will they try to just settle with me to get out of this cheaper??????

Whether the settlement will be cheaper or not depends on the final figure. No one can say whether the deal is good or bad beforehand.

Once the recovery period has ended -- you've reached mmi --- then they will try to determine permanent impairment benefits and pay them.
If you think there is more treatment available that will help you can ask for a second medical opinion. Did you read up on how Georgia does workers comp?
